Ledger celebrates its 10th anniversary in Dubai, unveiling Flex and Stax devices and announcing a Global Tour to promote secure digital asset ownership worldwide.
Ledger marked its 10th anniversary with an event in Dubai, where company executives unveiled two new secure touchscreen devices — Ledger Flex and Ledger Stax — and announced a Global Tour to promote secure digital asset ownership across key cities worldwide.
Apart from Dubai, this tour will make stops in cities such as Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, São Paulo, Berlin, Istanbul, Lisbon, Bangalore, San Francisco, and Mexico City. At each stop, Ledger plans to offer product demos, executive-led presentations, and technical sessions for developers.
The tour’s focus is to address rising security concerns amid the growing complexity of digital transactions, which increasingly require robust security measures.
To aid users in verifying and authorizing their transactions, Ledger highlighted its “Clear Signing” feature, which presents transaction details in a legible format—a move seen as essential in an industry where AI-enabled identity fraud is becoming more prevalent.
In a statement, Pascal Gauthier, CEO and Chairman of Ledger, pointed to the company’s reach, noting that it has sold 7 million devices, which now secure roughly 20% of global digital assets. He emphasized that Ledger’s mission remains to make secure digital ownership accessible to all, from novices to tech enthusiasts.
Chief Experience Officer Ian Rogers further underscored the evolving security needs, citing that as crypto transactions become more sophisticated, users need secure devices to verify and protect their digital interactions.
